Yes. Florova is an installable app (PWA) on any phone or computer — iOS, Android, Windows, Mac. Your data lives in the cloud (servers in the EU), so it syncs instantly across all your devices: add a sale on your phone, see it on your computer right away. You need an internet connection to work.

Yes. Enterprise standard:

• Database encrypted at rest + TLS 1.3 in transit.
• Strict data isolation — your data never mixes with that of other florists (separation at the database level).
• Automatic daily backup, instant restore if something goes wrong.
• GDPR compliant. Servers in the EU only (Germany + Netherlands).

Florova uses the first in, first out (FIFO) method, on each batch of goods. If you bought a rose for 4 lei last week and one for 12 lei this week, when you sell a rose the app knows the old one (4 lei) leaves first — so your profit comes out exactly right, not on an average that hides reality.

Every sale keeps a snapshot of the real cost at that moment, so your historical reports stay accurate even after later price changes.

Yes. Florova saves a snapshot of the product (name, category, price, real cost) on each sale line, at the moment of the sale.

Change the price, category or product name later — your historical reports stay correct. Cancelled sales are marked as „cancelled” (soft-delete), they are NOT deleted from the database — we keep full traceability.

Yes. PDF receipts and invoices with what your accountant needs:

• Series and number auto-incremented, unique per shop.
• VAT calculated and broken down by rate.
• The shop's tax details (tax ID, address, IBAN) on the document.
• CSV export for your accountant.

In progress: direct integration with e-Factura ANAF. Until then, the fiscal cash register and filing with ANAF stay separate from Florova.
